Make sure you are slicing the downloaded STL with standard settings. The file size might be slightly larger than a blank swatch due to the high-resolution text geometry.
If your base swatch is very thin, the engraving might cut entirely through. We recommend a base swatch thickness of at least 3mm.
Currently, we support a standardized bold sans-serif font optimized for FDM 3D printing readability.
